The website was a bit of a pain to use. It felt messy, some pages took forever to load, and I got a little confused during checkout. That said, I did eventually find what I needed, and a few parts looked nice, so it wasn’t completely terrible. Just not the smoothest experience

I ordered a small part from megazip.net thinking the total would be reasonable, especially since the item itself was priced fine. But once the shipping was added, it was way higher than I expected and made the whole order feel like a much worse deal.
Maybe it depends on where you’re located, but for me the delivery cost was hard to justify for such a small item. I probably wouldn’t order from them again unless the shipping options get more affordable...

So the tracking made it look like my order was on the move, but it actually wasn’t. The updates showed up late and didn’t really make sense, so I ended up having to keep reaching out to support to figure out what was going on.

The box showed up completely crushed. I opened the door and thought, what a joke. Definitely not the kind of packaging I’d expect

The import fees took forever to get sorted out!!! I kept waiting and waiting, and when I reached out to support, they didn’t really explain much at all!!! Frustrating experience overall!!!

Delivery was smooth, no weird delays, no drama. Really happy with how fast it got here and I’d definitely order from them again
